RAOEN co-organizes COP30 side event on integral ecology and climate justice, bringing indigenous voices in the struggle for change

RAOEN, together with Boston College Schiller Institute for Integrated Science and Society, the Scottish Catholic International Aid Fund (SCIAF), and the Integral Ecology Research Network, are gathering indigenous and local voices with academic and faith perspectives for an official COP30 side event, Integral Ecology and Climate Justice: Voices in the Struggle for Change, on 14 November 2025 at Area C, Side Event Room 5 from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm (Belém time).

The speakers in this side event will share locally-led struggles for climate resilience and reflect on the continuing legacy of Laudato Si’ in action:
